Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our products, all sales are final.
No Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any purchases.
Each crystal is unique, and natural variations, such as color, size, and inclusions, are part of their beauty. These characteristics do not qualify for returns.
Order Issues
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review your case and determine the best resolution.
Jewelry Damage
If your jewelry piece breaks within 30 days of purchase, we will remake it free of charge, only if all original materials are returned.

If only some beads are returned, we will attempt to remake the piece, but availability is not guaranteed.
If we do not have the same beads in stock, we may be unable to fulfill the remake in which case we will work with you to determine a solution.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
